This policy describes how Xon Designs LLC handles information for the iOS game Bureau of Constants.

Information collected by the app

We do not collect personal data through the game. It has no account, advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, or developer-operated game server. We do not receive your gameplay records, device identifiers, or purchase history from the app.

Data stored on your device

The game stores progress, settings, and a cached full-game unlock on your device. These records let it save your career, calculate offline production, and keep a verified purchase available offline. They are not sent to us. You can erase progress in Settings. Your purchased access is kept.

Deleting the app can remove its local save. Device backups and their restoration are controlled by your operating system and Apple settings. The game does not provide its own cloud-save service.

Purchases and Apple's services

Apple processes payments, purchase verification, restoration, and Family Sharing through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Apple may provide developers with sales reports or diagnostics under its own services and your device settings.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please send only what is needed and avoid passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. We do not use support messages for advertising. We retain messages only as needed to handle support and meet applicable legal obligations.

This website

Opening a support or privacy link opens this website outside the game. Hosting providers process normal web requests, which can include your IP address and browser information. These Constants pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies.

Children

The game does not ask players of any age for personal information. If a child has sent personal information in a support message, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.
