Idle Tower Inc. ("the app") is developed by Xon Designs LLC. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your data.

The short version: Idle Tower Inc. does not collect, track, or share your personal data with anyone. Your game data is stored on your device, with an optional backup in your own iCloud account.

What Data the App Stores

Idle Tower Inc. stores the following data on your device:

• Game progress and save data (tower state, currency, building levels)
• Achievement progress
• Settings and preferences
• In-app purchase records (managed by Apple)

All game data is stored locally on your device using JSON file persistence. The app does not collect analytics, usage data, device identifiers, or any information beyond what is needed for gameplay.

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used for one purpose only: to provide the game's functionality. Save data exists so you can continue your game progress. The app does not analyze, mine, or process your data for any other purpose.

Game Center

Idle Tower Inc. integrates with Apple Game Center for achievements and leaderboards. This means:

• Achievement progress and leaderboard scores are submitted to Game Center.
• Game Center data is managed by Apple under their privacy policy.
• The developer does not have access to your Game Center identity or data.
• Game Center is optional and can be disabled in your device settings.

Cloud Save (iCloud)

When you are signed in to Game Center and iCloud, the app keeps a backup copy of your save file in your own iCloud account, using Game Center saved games. This lets you restore your progress after you reinstall the app or move to a new device. This means:

• The backup contains only the game data listed above.
• It is stored in your private iCloud storage and managed by Apple under their privacy policy.
• The developer cannot access your iCloud storage or your backup.
• To stop backups, sign out of Game Center or turn off iCloud for the app in your device settings.
• To delete the backup, manage your iCloud storage in your device settings.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases through Apple's StoreKit. All purchase transactions are handled by Apple. The developer does not collect or store payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID information.

Data Storage

• On-device storage: Game data is stored locally on your device as JSON files in the app's documents directory.
• No developer servers: The app does not send data to any servers operated by the developer. The optional cloud save goes to your own iCloud account, which Apple operates.
• Data deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all local game data. You can also reset your game progress within the app. A cloud save backup stays in your iCloud account until you delete it in your iCloud storage settings.

Third-Party Services

Idle Tower Inc. does not use any third-party services. Specifically:

• No analytics or crash reporting SDKs
• No advertising frameworks or ad networks
• No social media integrations
• No third-party trackers or pixels
• No data brokers or data-sharing agreements

The only external services involved are Apple's Game Center, iCloud, and StoreKit, which are first-party Apple services.

Children's Privacy

Idle Tower Inc. does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect data or require accounts, there is no age-specific data handling concern.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be posted here and the effective date at the top will be changed. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
