Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the app version and build shown at the bottom of Settings. Describe what happened and attach a screenshot if useful. Never send your Apple password or payment details.

FAQ

How do I reset my game?

Open Settings and choose Reset Game. This resets progress on this device. Permanent battery purchases remain available. Existing Game Center cloud backups remain available through Settings → Restore from Backup.

How do I restore my purchases?

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. The app verifies your permanent battery upgrades and active monthly service with Apple, then shows the result. Restoring does not buy an item again. If verification fails, check your connection and try again.

Is my data backed up?

Progress is saved on your device. When you sign in to Game Center and iCloud, the app also keeps cloud backups in your own iCloud account. Open Settings → Restore from Backup to browse available snapshots. A restore replaces local progress, so check the snapshot before confirming. You can play without Game Center; that device's progress then stays local.

What does the Battery Bundle include?

The one-time Battery Bundle unlocks all six battery slots on every tower, including towers unlocked later. The first battery is already free. Batteries recharge while you play and power offline earnings. Individual purchases unlock only their named slot.

How do monthly services work?

Butler collects VIP rewards while you play. Contractor upgrades buildings while you play. Executive includes both services, the Planner, 2× revenue, and an always-active Drive Customers boost. Only one monthly plan can be active. A plan change replaces your current service. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through your App Store account. Open the Shop and tap Manage Subscription to change or cancel a plan. Apple shows your local price before purchase.

Why did I miss a Print Shop notification?

Open the app's Settings → Notifications to check permission. If notifications are disabled, tap Open Notification Settings. iPhone Focus, Scheduled Summary, and sound settings can delay or silence alerts. Completed jobs remain available in the Print Shop even if an alert is missed.
